Space Rentals

Available for casting sessions or rehearsals meetings...performances.

(Inquire about performances - outside groups will be considered on a case by case basis and rates may vary)

The small room comes equipped with:

  • Camera Tri Pod - With Phone Adaptor
  • lighting set ups
  • chair, desk, and stool.

Perfect for holding taped casting sessions.  You are also welcome to bring your own equipment. Email for availability.

The Black Box Theatre comes with:

  • a 9.5 x16 ft stage or Elevated Stage 8 x 13
  • wheelchair accessibility
  • Stage right and left entrances front and back of theatre.
  • quick access to bathrooms/lighting boot
  • Stage lights on adjustable and programmable dimmers
  • Speakers for sound, music, standing mic mounted up and in back of seating.
  • simple light and sound board, red/green/blue colors on separate dimmers, strobe capable.
  • Seating for approximately 50 people.

Great for black box productions, meetings/presentations, improv, or in person casting sessions with a larger number of production people or for small-midsize cast or improv team rehearsals. Email for availability. (1 hour rental minimum)
